Invitation Letter
A formal Letter of Invitation confirms that your paper submission and registration have been approved by the conference committee. Issued in English, it can assist with your visa application, though it does not guarantee visa approval.
How to Request a Letter
Once your registration and payment are confirmed, email the following documents to receive a letter:
- Completed registration form
- Proof of payment
- Passport-size photograph
- Scanned copy of your passport
Invitation letters are sent by email only after your registration has been processed.
Visa Application Notice
- The Organizing Committee has no influence over visa decisions by embassies or consulates.
- Visa processing times vary; please apply as early as possible.
- If your visa application is denied, we cannot intervene or liaise with the embassy or Ministry of Foreign Affairs on your behalf.
Validity & Security
- Valid invitations are issued only from our official email: info@yanjiuconference.com
- Please be vigilant: any invitation received from unofficial sources is not valid.
- If you encounter any suspicious or fraudulent letters, notify us immediately. We will take appropriate legal action.
