ORAL PRESENTATION

All presentations must be delivered in English, the official language of the conference. Each presentation, whether delivered by one or more speakers, should be prepared in English and should not exceed 15 minutes. Approximately 5 minutes will be allocated afterward for questions and answers. Presenters are encouraged to prepare a PowerPoint presentation summarizing their research work for delivery on the conference day. We recommend keeping a backup copy of your presentation in your email or cloud storage and bringing a copy on a USB drive on the day of the conference.

POSTER PRESENTATION

Authors whose abstracts have been accepted for poster presentation must prepare a poster based on their research. A poster abstract of approximately 250 words may be included in the conference proceedings. After acceptance of the abstract, authors may prepare and submit the completed poster as a PDF file. The recommended poster size is A0 (841 × 1189 mm / 33.1 × 46.8 inches). The poster may be prepared in either portrait or landscape orientation, depending on the requirements of the conference venue. Authors are responsible for printing and bringing their posters to the conference. Posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference. Poster presenters may be required to give a brief presentation of their research, followed by a 5-minute question-and-answer session, as scheduled by the conference organizers. Poster presentations will be scheduled alongside other paper presentations within the designated conference sessions.

VIRTUAL PRESENTATION

Authors whose abstracts have been accepted for virtual presentation must prepare their presentation using one of the following formats:

  • 1. pre-recorded video presentation in MP4 or another compatible multimedia format;
  • 2. PowerPoint presentation with voice-over narration; or
  • 3. live online presentation, subject to the technical arrangements provided by the conference organizers.

Virtual presentations will be scheduled alongside other oral presentations within the conference sessions. For pre-recorded presentations, the submitted presentation will be played at the scheduled presentation time. Where applicable, a question-and-answer session may be conducted after the presentation. Authors opting for a live online presentation should ensure that their internet connection, camera, microphone, and required software are properly set up in advance. Presenters are strongly advised to test their equipment and connection before the scheduled presentation. Registered virtual authors will receive the PDF conference proceedings and a certificate of participation. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings, subject to the applicable publication and review requirements.
