Invitation Letter
A formal Letter of Invitation confirms that your paper submission and registration have been approved by the conference committee. Issued in English, it can assist with your visa application, though it does not guarantee visa approval.

How to Request a Letter

Once your registration and payment are confirmed, email the following documents:

1. Completed registration form
2. Proof of payment
3. Passport-size photograph
4. Scanned copy of your passport

Visa Application Notice

1. The Organizing Committee has no influence over visa decisions.
2. Processing times vary; apply early.
3. We cannot intervene if your visa is denied.

Validity & Security
