Invitation Letter
A formal Letter of Invitation may be issued to registered participants whose registration and payment have been confirmed by the Conference Committee. The letter is issued in English and may be used to support your visa application. However, the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval.

How to Request a Letter

Once your registration and payment have been confirmed, please email the following documents to the official conference email address:

1. Completed registration form
2. Proof of payment
3. Recent passport-size photograph
4. Scanned copy of your valid passport

Important Visa Information

1. The Organizing Committee has no influence over visa decisions.
2. Visa processing times may vary; therefore, participants are advised to apply well in advance.
3. The Organizing Committee cannot intervene in or influence a visa decision.
4. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet all visa requirements applicable to their nationality and travel circumstances.

Validity and Security

1. Official invitation letters are issued only from the following official conference email address: [email protected]
2. Please note that invitation letters received from unofficial sources are not considered valid.
3. If you receive any suspicious or unauthorized invitation letter claiming to represent the conference, please report it immediately to the official conference email address.
