Conference participants may require a visa to enter the country where the conference is being held, depending on their nationality and the visa requirements of the destination country.

Participants are advised to check the applicable visa requirements with the official embassy, consulate, or immigration authority of the destination country in their country of residence.

To avoid delays or uncertainty, participants are strongly advised to begin the visa application process as early as possible.

Visa requirements, application procedures, processing times, and visa categories vary depending on the destination country and the applicant's nationality. Participants are responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa and meeting all applicable entry requirements.

Invitation Letters

• A Visa Invitation Letter will be issued to registered participants upon request after successful registration and confirmation of payment.
• The invitation letter will be issued only to the registered participant and will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
• The participant's name must appear exactly as it appears on their passport. Any discrepancy between the passport and the invitation letter or other supporting documents may cause delays or complications during the visa application process.
• The invitation letter is issued solely for the purpose of supporting the participant's visa application. It does not guarantee visa approval.
• Yanjiu Conference and the conference organizing committee are not authorized to influence, expedite, or intervene in the visa application or decision-making process.
• If a visa application is denied, Yanjiu Conference and the conference organizing committee cannot change or appeal the decision made by the relevant immigration authority, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, embassy, or consulate on behalf of the applicant.
• Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities. Applicants are responsible for complying with all visa requirements and providing the necessary supporting documents.
• Registration fees are non-refundable in the event of visa refusal, subject to the conference's applicable cancellation and refund policy.
• Visa processing times vary depending on the destination country, nationality, and type of visa. Participants are therefore strongly encouraged to apply well in advance of the conference date.
