Yanjiu Conference provides a convenient virtual participation option for researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and delegates who are unable to attend the conference in person.

Our virtual participation format enables participants to present their research, attend scientific sessions, interact with fellow researchers, and engage with speakers and delegates from around the world without geographical limitations.

How Virtual Participation Works

1. Complete Your Registration
   Select the Virtual Participation option while registering for the conference and complete the registration process.
2. Submit Your Presentation
   Virtual presenters will be required to submit their presentation slides in PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) format within the specified deadline.
3. Receive the Online Session Details
   Registered virtual participants will receive the necessary online meeting details and joining instructions before the conference.
   This may include the meeting link, Meeting ID, password, session schedule, and other relevant information.
4. Join the Conference Online
   Participants can join the assigned session using a laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection.
   We recommend joining the session 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure a smooth connection and resolve any technical issues.
5. Present Your Research
   Virtual presenters will deliver their presentations during their assigned conference session.
   
   Please ensure that:
   • Camera and microphone are working properly
   • Internet connection is stable
   • Presentation file is readily accessible
   • Device is sufficiently charged or connected to a power source
   • Presentation environment is quiet and suitable for an academic session
6. Participate & Network
   Virtual delegates are encouraged to remain engaged throughout the conference, attend other sessions, interact with speakers and participants, and take part in the discussions and Q&A sessions wherever applicable.

Presentation Duration

To ensure that all scheduled presentations run smoothly, presenters are requested to adhere strictly to the assigned presentation duration.

Speaker Presentation: Up to 20 minutes
Presenter Presentation: Up to 15 minutes

The exact presentation and Q&A schedule will be communicated to registered participants.
