Video Conferencing

Our video conferencing option ensures that every researcher and professional can present, participate, and network globally without any geographical barriers.

How It Works:

  1. First, send us your presentation slides (PPT).
  2. Download the Zoom App on your mobile, laptop, or tablet.
  3. Create a Zoom account by signing up at www.zoom.us.
  4. We will share a meeting invite containing the video link, Meeting ID, and Password.
  5. Before joining, please check your camera, audio, and internet connection, and ensure screen sharing is working properly.
  6. You may leave the meeting anytime once your presentation is complete.

N.B: Maximum Time Limit - Speaker: 20 minutes, Presenter: 15 minutes
