Conference FAQ

1. Can you sponsor my travel and accommodation?
As this is a non-funded event with no sponsors, participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

2. Can you provide me with an invitation letter?
Yes. An official invitation letter will be issued once your registration process is successfully completed.

3. What is the visa process and fee to enter the host country?
Participants are responsible for arranging their own visa and paying any applicable fees.

4. Can I bring someone to accompany me?
Yes. An accompanying person can join the conference upon payment of the accompanying person fee.

5. Will an accompanying person receive a certificate?
No. Certificates are not issued to accompanying persons unless they are registered as co-authors.


Submission FAQ

1. How do I submit my abstract or paper?
Submissions can be made through the online submission portal on our conference website. Please follow the format guidelines.

2. What is the deadline for submission?
Deadlines vary for abstracts and full papers. Please refer to the Important Dates section on the conference website.

3. Is there a word limit for abstracts and papers?
Yes. Abstracts should be 200–250 words. Full papers should not exceed 8 pages.

4. Can I make changes to my submission after the deadline?
No. Please ensure all necessary changes are made before the submission deadline, as modifications are not accepted afterward.

5. How will I know if my submission was successful?
You will receive an email confirmation within 3 working days after your abstract or paper is received.


Registration FAQ

1. Can I register on-site?
On-site registration is subject to availability. We recommend registering online to secure your spot and take advantage of early bird discounts.

2. How can I pay the registration fee?
Available payment methods include:

  • Online payment via our secure gateway
  • Bank transfer
  • Western Union Money Transfer
  • PayPal

3. Is there a cancellation/refund policy?
Yes. Contact the conference coordinator for details on refund percentages and timelines.

4. Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes. Registrations are transferable. Contact us with the details to arrange the transfer.


Publication FAQ

1. Is the conference Scopus or ESCI indexed?
The International conferences organized by ICLBM are associated with Scopus, ESCI, SCI, EI, Wos Indexed Journals.

2. Will all accepted papers be published in Scopus journals?
All authors can get the opportunity to publish papers in a scopus indexed journals.

3. Does the registration fee include publication?
Yes. The Conference Registration fees include the COnference Proceedings publication along with Google Scholar Indexed peer reviewed International journals.

4. Can I request an extra copy of the proceedings?
Yes. Additional copies are available with an extra charge.

5. Can I add more co-authors to my paper?
Yes. Up to 4 co-authors can be listed per paper for publication in conference.

6. Can I get a soft copy of the proceedings?
Yes. Soft copies can be downloaded from the World Research Library after the conference.

7. Can I receive an acceptance letter from the journal editorial board?
Acceptance notifications are issued by the conference, not the journal editorial board.
